  : The roof terrace including the pool and restaurant was closed after the first day! I was not informed that these facilities could not be used otherwise I would have gone elsewhere.

  : I dont normally leave reviews but this deserves a special attention - AVOID. Dont be fooled and lured by the rooftop pool they have. Very old, badly maintained rooms, the furniture is run down. NO shower curtain in the bathroom. The bathroom gets flooded when you shower. As I turned on the water, a huge centipede crawled out from under the bath. Very old piping - Extremely bad smell in the mornings and water has a funny smell as well - I didnt even shower. I was woken up at 4am because the neighbour went to shower and the pipes are SUPER loud. NO blow dryer in the bathroom. They also ask for a surprise 50 euro security deposit or card number. They ask a deposit for basic necessities like pool towels, blow dryers,etc. Avoid and book something next door or just pay more at stay at ritual or something but this hotel just needs to be demolished.

  : The staff in General, Reception and Restaurant very very good. Friendly and helpfull, however when I left after paying the lady who was in Reception was cold and very des missive, not even thank you . The rest of the Recep guys were fantastic
  : Myself and my boyfriend went to Ritual for tye day , nudist pool. My boyfriend who was also tye main client in the booking and just happens to live in Torremolines, and humiliated by the guy who works in the pool bar, who told him he was not supose to be at that pool. It happens that this person ( worker) knew my bf and assumed he was not a client because he lives in the town. This was a horrible and humiliating situation and my Bf felt horrible as this bar person humiliated jim in front of many guests.I did complaint in Sirena to the lady in recp, NOT even an apology.The next day i went back to the same pool in ritual and the same guy in front of everyone told me to wear my pink pulsera, when in reco at ritual they told us we could show it only nad NOT wear itThis guys is rude, unprofessional and obviously know zero value of the clients who bring money to their hotel.Sirena staff amazing, minus that cold lady.Nudist pool staff at ritual - horrible

  : Central location was great, and all the staff were lovely and helpful
  : That there was no room safe, which is quite unusual these days, although we were reassured that there is CCTV and 24 hour reception (and only the one entrance to the hotel). The lighting in the bedroom was very bright; a couple of bedside lamps would have been great

  : It's very dated inside the rooms and is very basic, probably below basic. The laminate floor looks terrible, whoever painted the room did a terrible job.
