  : close to town centre, but up a steep hill

  : It was walking distance to the beach.
  : When I woke up after sleeping there for one night I noticed lots of bites all over my legs. I tried to think nothing of it but after returning to the hotel later that day I saw my room was infested with bugs all over the ceiling, some of which had fallen onto the bed. The hotel staff do not speak English but thankfully my brother who was also staying at the hotel is fluent in Spanish. The hotel worker took photos and videos, as did I. I was offered another room (smaller) to stay in. This room unfortunately also had lots of bugs in the bathroom. At this point I could no longer stay at the hotel and requested help to find a new hotel to stay at for the evening and a refund. I was told that brother was possible and if I didnt want to stay I must find my own hotel and pay myself. When I returned to England I immediately made a complaint to booking.com. So far I have only received a refund for the first night of my stay even though the hotel has agreed to refund both nights. It has now been 8 weeks since my stay so I would have expected to have received my money back by now. DO NOT STAY HERE.

  : Very clean and presentable rooms, friendly and informative staff, bonus of car parking
  : People in other rooms using their jacuzzi baths at 3.30 am, extremely noisy and unnecessary

  : Even though the property advertised food, nothing was available and difficult to find as it's out of the town centre. Jacuzzi bath IN the bedroom that was very slippery. Room needed general maintenance.

Disappointing

  : wasn't for us, the idea of double jacuzzi sounds good in your room but when next doors is just 6 inches from your pillow and the other occupants decide to turn it (the motor) on at 3 am then you will not sleep. lack of toiletries was also a problem as only shampoo supplied. also the jacuzzi had many cigarette burn stains (Room 5) which i found very yuck
