  : The landlord was amazing. We locked our selfs out of apartment. When we contacted him he was happy to come and let us in .

  : Modern furnishings-very quiet-good shower-lots of hot water-nice to have an oven and hob. Lovely aspect looking over a pool and gardens.No traffic noise !Bus stop directly in front of complex,used for a day trip to Mijas. Location to beach and resort is excellent.Also easy from airport and numerous restaurants are nearby Nice cafe /bar on site with good menu and happy hour drinks 5pm !
  : Someone had to let us in as gate entry code did not work-no Instructions to location of flat,especially arriving in dark. Easier to make tea or coffee if a kettle was provided. Visitors reserving sunbeds with towels,then not using them.(a Management issue) Tourist information should be provided for 1st time visitors

  : Location in Carihuela close to restaurants, bars, shops and paseo. Remote control for TV was broken on our arrival I phoned and managed to get the point across with my non fluent Spanish and the woman came the next day with a new one. Air con was essential, washing machine handy. Lots of hot water and the shower was good pressure.
  : Please note:There is no lift in this building, apartment is on second floor with 4 sets of stairs. No reference to this in the description. My mistake, didn't check, as husband has walking problems this was a shock. Currently major building works next door 7am-7pm, Sunday only day didn't get shaken out of bed. When booked it said it was possible to reserve a parking space on request which I did and it was confirmed, only by luck the main gate was open on arrival and we got a parking space but couldn't risk moving it in case we couldn't get back in, a while before travel the option of parking was removed from the description.

  : We were supposed to have been met by someone at the complex. No one was there. When I rang the owner couldn't understand him. I had to ask a gardener of the complex to translate for us. It wasn't until he told us to look at the app before we knew what to do and where to go in the complex. Not Impressed.No pool for the apartment. Pool closed off.On complex bar and restaurant didn't open until 12.00 noon.The apartment not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Too many stairs, no lift.Only one set of keys, should have had 2 sets because of pool we used abd yge outside gates. You had to use keys to get into the pool area and out of the pool area. If you wanted to go the apartment by yourself you couldn't because you only had one set of keys. Ridiculous really. Wouldn't go again.

  : apartment was in a good location and good communication from owner. beds in bedroom comfortable and good blackout curtains.balcony was lovely and comfortable
  : no bedding out for sofa bed, found some in cupboard but it was clearly old ripped, cigarette burns and looking generally grotty. sofa bed when made up was awfully uncomfortable. everytime a movement was made the whole thing creaked and sounded like it would break. slept on a chair for 2 of the nights as was better than the sofa bed!

  : The location was good
  : There was a ramp and 45 steps to apartment that we weren't aware of at time of booking. Pool below apartment was closed which meant getting a sun bed around the other pool was difficult. We only managed this 2 out of 6 days. The apartment was meant to have a sofa bed for 3rd person. It was a couch with a mattress behind it. We had to request bed cover and towels for 3rd person plus a hairdryer, we got these apart from the bed cover 2 days later.
