: it was close to the beach
: The check in was very complicated especially if you arrive by car. The keys to the apartment are left on a road sign in a padlock. The problem being the road is narrow and one way so when you pick the keys up and arrive to the garage entrance when you turn in a bigger car you block the road and cant get in because the other set of keys to the garage is in the apartment and someone has to find the apartment to get the key to the garage which took me 10 minutes. The actual car space is also small and tight. Also I tried to talk to them on the phone basically for some help with the locks but they said they dont take phone calls so any help they gave me was by WhatsApp or messenger.

: Could not get key with code had to whatsapp & were told to "use a little strength, force it with a key it may be stuck". Not satisfactory. reported broken bedside lamp. Told to take pic of bulb for them to replace.Never happened. Even sent video of lamp wobbling. Difficult to get in & out of shower as we are 70's. Only one shower towel each provided for 9 days not enough. Door handle was digital and too close to door frame cut my finger. Very noisey at night over bar with nightly entertainment. Think we should have been informed

: wonderful location, very closed to the beach, shops all at the door step. I enjoy my stay and was very sad to leave.
: Should improve with the cleanliness, should be good to leave some freshness at toilet as it doesn't have window.
