  : The room was large and the air conditioning was very good.
  : Staff were not very friendly. We couldn't get out at the end of our stay as they would not raise the barrier!

  : Near the highway on our way to Portugal, easy check-in and the garage in the room is amazing if you have a car full of luggage.
  : Found some black hairs here and there but it can happen, probably was the housemaids because other than that it was spotless

  : The concept of it seems like a great idea. You arrive, press an intercom button, your garage opens and you drive in and walk through a door from the garage into your room. However, it didnt quite work like that!! The room was clean and good value. Location good of the motorway.
  : Arrived and it was chaotic, first of all not very good directions on what to do so the place looks closed with no one to talk to. Eventually a girl opened a window near the intercom and gave us a garage number. We asked if there was a key as we needed to go out later for something to eat. She told us that if we went out all we had to do to get back in was press the intercom button to be let back in. We went to the restaurant across the road (dreadful) and when we got back people were trying to get in. They were French and were trying to communicate with only a Spanish speaker. We waited our turn then tried to ask for the garage to open and then walked round to find the garage door was still closed. This happened 3 times. It was frustrating. More people arrived and we waited to speak over the intercom. Eventually we phoned the number on the intercom panel. We asked to be let into our room. The gentleman spoke English and we managed to get back in. It was very stressful especially after a 8 hour drive. The room was full of mosquitoes and we didnt get a good nights sleep as we were being bitten all night.

  : Everything was provided.Great stay lovely helpful staff.Carvin the Senhoritta that received us was very professional.The system of coming & going through automated doors into your garage then directly into the room and vice a versa was very clever, safe and secure We ate over the road good food, great value for money. Great stay all-round, in fact the best this trip.
  : The toilet roll dispenser that was fully loaded stopped dispensing we called for assistance and nobody came.Apart from that everything was very good indeed..
