  : Excellent location and very spacious, nice balcony, washing machine. However, I had requested twin beds there was only a large bed. An extra child bed was provided. Not very comfortable. The appartement was cleaned only once and the beds changed 3 days before we left. Also, the lighting in the living room /kitchen was very poor and we could not understand how to work the TV . However we got quick help for various problems whenever we needed it. Maybe the place is just understaffed?

  : The apartment was spacious and in good location.
  : At the first place, we didnt have sea view as the photos of the property shows. The pressure of the water was so low, that we practically couldnt get a decent shower. Ive called a property manager and send message three times but nothing happened until last day.

  : It was a pity that major roadworks are ongoing in the neighbourhood causing noise during the day.

  : Terrace was very nice and necessary as a quiet space at rear of building with beautiful views of the banana plantations and the Ocean, however it was separate and not connected to Apartment 3B La Palmita! Beds reasonably comfy.
  : Residential Apartment block on busy road, so bedroom very noisy esp early mornings and early evening, not conducive to a relaxed and peaceful holiday. Shower could be better - apartment ok quite basic. Pool on basement level, mostly in shade and cold

  : It was very clean and safe. The swimming pool area was quiet and pretty. The weather was hot for March so I used the small pool twice. The location is great with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets and the road network. I like Tazacorte so knew I wanted to stay in the town.
  : I didn't expect this to be a residential block with apartments rented to holiday makers. People lived, worked and smoked in the building. We didn't get one of the nice views seen on the website, we only had small balconies, not a terrace. Just luck of the draw I guess, as others had lovely out door space.

  : Balcony was only a side sea view. Plus a tree blocked some of the view.
