  : Nice views from Master bedroom. Didn't get to use the pool or garden since only stayed one night and my check in got delayed well pass 7pm due to lack of communication by owner.Do your homework and search on Google maps for Villa Biarritz Zahara in the area. You'll read some reviews I had wished I read beforehand.
  : Terrible communication with owner...Nothing new based on other reviews on Google. In addition, the home address listed is purposely wrong, so you can't Google it and read all the terrible reviews of previous guests. Very shady way to conduct businesses. The listed address points you to a near by hotel. I didn't hear from the owner after the booking was confirmed. He stayed he didn't give me the correct instructions on how to get the to actually place because my phone number on Booking is not active on WhatsApp. I had to instruct him to message me via the Booking app. I do not book the place via WhatsApp, I used Booking. Moreover, there was not access to the kitchen or laundry as advertised. There were not utensils, dishes or even shampoo in the bathroom. All in all its a shame since there the property has so much potential.

  : Room and all house need renovation. Cant drink our cofee, because no water boil option. Just coffee mashine, but no capsules.In therasa only two chairs,no table.

  : Where do I start..No kitchenProvided with a glass, mug, late & a cutlery set but with no means to wash it up ! No rubbish binsNo ice bucketNo mopNo cloths to clean up spills3 sun beds when there were at least 15 people at the house & capacity for moreShared common areas, do not think you have this place to yourselves. No paper towels in the bathrooms, there no way to dry your handsNo access to drinking water No cleaning materials Shared terraces outside your rooms with cheap furniture. If you are scared of COVUD then dont stay here, its a hive of activity with no cleaning whatsoever the whole 3 days of being there with 15 guests in different groups. The house itself could be lovely but it needs general maintenance, things are scruffy, broken & cheap. The text you get once booked states the coffee machine takes Italian ground coffee, it doesnt, its a cheap dolce gusto pod machine. Theres a microwave.No fridge in our room. No bottle opener. No private bathroom & the shared one leaked water all over the floor when we showered.We put some ice in the sink with some wine bottles & some cheese as there was no fridge & the owners called us on the phone & were screaming at us to leave the house within 30 minutes or they would call the police, completely over the top of a response to us being polite & saying we would move it. Seriously if you want to stay in a beautiful place & have a sense of luxury please choose somewhere else because this is not the place. The owners are just taking your money & giving you nothing in return. Rude & obnoxious staff who just shrug their shoulders when asked a valid point. Apparently you need to pay for the kitchen if you want it, well 700 for 2 rooms for 3 nights is clearly not enough.Booking.com you should really look into this property, there is a serious breach of rules regarding health & safety & possibly Covid rules

  : The room was small, dirty, ugly and without view, room had spider webs.2 bed one taller than another, mattress horribly bad.The property didnt have parking.Toilet was shared and this was not indicate before the booking

  : This place is a scam!!! Found out after we checked in that the living area was shared. We ended up checking out without spending the night. Unit was very dirty, water not hot.

  : The view and location was exceptional.
  : After finding the location of the accommodation, i was told to go to another location point to meet the hosts. They only spoke Spanish. You are in Spain. I appreciate it, but I am sure they get all Nationalities staying.On arrival to the location, nothing was prepared. All the shutters were closed, it was very cold. It seems it was not used for some time and was not all together clean.I did not pay a large amount to stay, but competitively the night before, my accommodation was cheaper and much better standard.The only thing that would encourage me to return was the view.
