Two-Bedroom Apartment in Sucina

  : The Golf Resort ist very big, beautiful and clean. There are several swimming pools. I stayed in the aparment from 27.12 til 09.01.22 and it was very quiet because only few apartments were occupied. At that time I looked at a peaceful place. The kitchen is well equiped but with old dishes and pans.
  : The building and apartment has got accross the street a high wall and I had shunshine only until 4pm on the side of sleeping rooms and small balconies. The terrasse is on east side and there is no shunshine the whole year. Sunshine is near only near the pool. The picture in booking.com shows the terrasse on the other side of swimming pool and far away just behind the palm tree. The equipment of apartment is old, including the very soft mattresses. Night table touchable lamps are cheap and batteries were emptz after three days. There is no dining table in the living room and I had to sit on the low sofa table. The living room is dark, because of the lack of sunshine and east side. The furniture of the terrasse are old, too. In order to eat outside in winter, I had to carry the lunch through from kitchen through living room, long corridor, alone the beds to the balcony. The gas heater in the kitchen is very loud. I had to use it for heating only three hours in the evening because of warm and sunny weather. The price for cleaning of 65 EU for one person alone and 10 days is exaggerated. There were cow webs on lamps and corners and the curtains should be cleaned, too. That aparment should never be evaluated and shown with FOUR Stars and should never be rented in winter.
