Policies

WiFi is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please inform Casa Viñas in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that air conditioning and heating are available in the living room and all bedroom at certain fixed times of the day.

Payment before arrival is required for the eco tax. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
