  : This property has one of the best views in Santo Tomas. It’s located usually in the quietest part of the island.
  : The property is dated the bathrooms are very inadequate which meant the whole family shared the Master bathroom.Other villa owners usually leave dishwasher tablets and cleaning clothes to help you maintain a clean Villa during your stay. I’d advise you prepackaged those and bleach tablets priced handy for washing the floors!The towels are old and tired. The pillows are cheap and nasty I’d personally run to a higher end quality if you are expecting someone to sleep on them for a fortnight.The TV only showed Spanish channels. We bought a box while we were there so we could entertain the small children during the hottest part of the day and evenings. It cost €100 and covered every channel in most countries. During one of our stays the Nextdoor Villa was let out to a group of young men who partied hard and solidly for three nights. This is unusual in Santo Tomas but I think the vetting procedures should be tighter if they don’t want to encourage party’s.We love Menorca and visit twice a year I hope they use the winter months to re-vamp this particular Villa to make it worth a re-visit and do it it justice as one of the nicest ones in that area.Great location and the hill walk is fabulous for burning off the calorie intake from the local restaurants along the beach.
