  : beautiful grounds. large terrace balcomy with a lovely view.Not too far from the city center .
  : No Air-conditioner, no fan! bed could have been a little more comfy. ( not that it was bad)

  : Friendly guests, free bikes, the upgrade Sunway gave us after the robbery, and then on our last day allowing us to use the pool and spa free of charge at golf hotel
  : We initially had a ground floor flat where you could walk out into the garden. We initially felt safe in the complex as it was gated and you had to have either a key or a code to access the property. Around 7pm on my second night I was lying on my bed reading. My friend was in the bathroom. I heard opening of a bag and the sounds of someone going through it. I assumed it was my friend. Then a masked man looked into the bedroom, saw me, and ran off with my phone

  : Apartment very tired door frames falling off; Kitchen equipment old and miss matched , utensils need replacing. . Woke up to an ant infection crawling. On the bed .. this apartment could be really nice .. put very poorly decorated and tired

  : Firstly, we didnt get the apartment we booked. Secondly, at the reception where you need to pick up the keys for the apartment, when we asked about the bike rental mentioned in the booking, some new receptionist told us we can get them at the apartment. When we asked for the bikes at the apartment, they said we needed some contract which we were supposed to get at the hotel, and the receptionist failed to mention or make that for us when we asked about the bike. Very unprofessional. The staff at the apartments did not speak english.

  : It was a very secured apartment!
  : The lights in the kitchen didn't work, the smell of cigarettes from inside and having to collect the keys at a different location which was a really long walk.

  : Good location, quiet but central. It was a 1 km walk from city centre, so it was central and without the noise from the bars. The balcony was nice, we used it a lot. The kitchen facility was okay, it had what we needed. The apartment itself was nice, the layout worked well for us. Talking to the other guests was nice. The receptionists were very nice and friendly when we picked up the key. Key drop-off was easy, we left it in a mailbox at the apartment.
  : We were kicked out of the pool area because we sat on a sunbed around 7-8pm talking to another guest. We had gone to the pool area because it was the ONLY place the WiFi worked (!) and we needed to download something. A very rude employee came up, shone a flashlight directly in our faces and demanded to know what we were doing there and our relation to the other guest. She told us we weren't allowed to sit on the sunbeds and that we needed to leave. Then she sat down on a sunbed herself and looked at her phone. It was rude and unnecessary and not okay to treat paying guests that way. Especially when the WiFi didn't work in our room... The WiFi did not work at all in our room. It only worked in the pool area. Things were broken which could have been fixed and could have made the stay more clean and comfortable. For instance, there was a broken pipe behind the toilet leaking dirty water onto the bathroom floor. The showerhead was broken and sprayed water everywhere, etc. etc. The key pickup location is a bit far. We took a taxi from the station and that was fine, but it's not really walking distance if it's hot and you have luggage.
