Policies

When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 18 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People 2 years old and over stay for € 20 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
No cots are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Please inform Pension Azahar in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
Please note that smoking in the rooms is not allowed.

Please note that towels and linen are changed every 3 days for stays longer than 3 days. Daily towel and linen change is possible for an extra charge.

Please note that Air Conditioned is available in some rooms at an extra charge of EUR 5 per day.

Please note that WiFi may not have a strong signal in all rooms.

Please note that smoking is not allowed in the entire property.
