A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
The apartments have no reception. Guests must contact the apartments at least 24 hours before arrival to arrange their check-in time. In case of late arrival, guests must contact the apartments as agents will only wait for 20 minutes after the specified time. Please note that check in after 22:00 may have an extra cost.
