  : I would not recommend it to anyone who wants to sleep comfortably in a hotel. My reservation was for two nights and the first night at 2 am we were woken up by noises, in the morning at 7.30 I was woken up again by noises. I complained to the reception and they sent me an SMS saying that city wall works (not complete true)it would never happen again and they offered me a glass of wine on the terrace. Meanwhile, that same day at lunch, I couldn't sleep again because at 16:30 the noise came again. The sleep on the first night was only from 2 am to 7.30 am. At lunch we couldn't calm down the second day, at dinner we thought we were going to sleep when at 11:50 pm there was endless noise again. And the next morning as usual at 7:30 am there was noise again. I complained again and again but this time I didn't get an answer. Please give me back my time...give me back my holidays.....I wanted to relax and I couldn't sleep and calm down at all. All the times I have complained at the reception, they have been different people and no one gave me anything. solutions. Scandalous experience..Give me back my time ,my relax,my holidays....

  : The location was ideal close to the cathedral. The hotel is quirky, has a lovely tapas restaurant adjoined to it and the staff very helpful.
  : Unfortunately, my room was next to the lift. This was very noisy when in use and disturbed my sleep.

  : The location was very good being in the heart of the city and within a few minutes stroll to the Cathedral and Alcazar bars, restaurants and shops. The staff were very pleasant and helpful too. Nice rooftop terrace.
  : The room, no 11, had a view of a wall. It was quite noisy but we had earplugs and the safe didn't work. Although a little old fashioned it was fine for what we required. The breakfast was a little chaotic, not enough staff so we went elsewhere the other days.

  : Location very good for exploring the old parts of Seville. Very difficult to find on arrival as signage very discrete ! Breakfast pleasant as taken in an adjoining bar facing the street so could watch the World go by. Lovely decor .
  : No outside windows and rooms all had windows opening on to a central atrium so a little noisy at night. Room very small, dark and cramped but upgraded after three nights when plumbing issue flooded the bathroom.

  : Location is super. Central, right outside the cathedral . Comfortable mattress
  : It's not cheap so we thought we'd treat ourselves to something nice but we were a bit disappointed: it is quite tired and needs quite a lot of refurbishment. We could hear our neighbour very well which wasn't nice as he unfortunately was sick all night . Also every noise outside of the door: suitcases , people ,phones. The hairdryer is really old , doesn't blow well and switches off after a couple of minutes so you need to wait till it cools down. It's not bad ,it's quite ok, but for this money definitely needs to be modernized

  : The location was good and easy to find They are friendly at reception. The room was a decent size and spacious.
  : The room smelled terrible using some extremely strong cleaning products that left a pungent smell that stayed there for the entirety of the stay ,which gave me a headache.There was dried snot on shower wall and hair.The walls, and doors/windows etc are very thin and you can hear everything. There was some serious construction going on during our stay which kept us awake and made it extremely difficult to relax or sleep during our stay. As my mum works nights this also was not very nice for her as she came to have a nice stay but could not sleep very well.There was also loud guests that would scream and talk loudly and listen to music at 1am in the morning which we could hear extremely loud and woke us up throughout several nights .We tried the restaurant connected to the hotel, which is part of them. It was terrible. The food was inedible and disappointing and overpriced for the quality. The ribs were inedible rock hard and everything had a weird after taste and made my stomach hurt.We did not have breakfast at the hotel this was lunch as we were early to check in we thought we would grab something to eat which did not set it off well.Also had a weird rule about giving your key in every time you left the hotel , this was strange but we accepted it however it became increasingly annoying when every time you came back had to ask for the key and then they asked for us to sign some papers this happened twice when we came back different days and twice they accidently gave us the wrong papers with other guests names on them to sign if i had not looked we could of signed for somebody else and that would of been very poor, i think the lack of detail was missing and security aspect did not make you feel safe if they could make mistakes like that.Comfort- The room is spacious and generously sized but the beds are quite hard and not very comfortable nor is the bedding.I think pictures appears better than what reality for this hotel, as appears worn down.
