  : Location, and the comfort and space in the apartment, lovely seating in lounge area and comfy beds. Always hot water, kitchen well equiped.all very clean. terrace area spacious and relaxing,
  : Nothing with the apartment, maybe a couple of sunloungers and new plants on the terrace area.

  : We are 4 girls and booked this property for 5 days. After a couple of nights and while we were out, 2 of the girls who brought lots of cash had their money taken from their luggage in their rooms. No signs of forced entry. Property owners not entirely helpful during the incident and seems more concerned about saving face. They did take us to the police to file a report, but were defensive, almost did not let us check-out early, did not change the locks. We did not feel safe so we left early.

  : the location was perfect! right next to a parc and lively plaza de la alfalfaThe view from the main bedroom was beautiful.
  : The kitchen was poorly equipped. not enough pots and pans and other things to cook unfortunately.The plants on the balcony could have been renewed for our stay.

  : Fantastic location. On a quiet street but only a few minutes walk to tapas bars and the buzz of Seville. A great sized apartment.
  : Nothing major. Would have been nice to have a cafetire to make fresh coffee although there was a coffee machine with a few pods. We did get quite a lot of ants in the kitchen but managed to keep them at bay!

  : the house was fantastic, very beautiful, the beds super comfortable, and the location was superb, for those who want to be in the city centre. not easy to find even with gps, because the city of seville has many narrow streets, and many mislead with the prohibited traffic signs, but signs that give access to residents and car parks. I strongly advise you to find a car park and book in advance to avoid stress. They help you , and please accept that. they had everything for the first needs, coffee, sugar, water, detergents for all the machines, as well as in the bathrooms they had all the necessities. a beautifully decorated house full of glamour.
  : the terrace needs improvement, as does the fence that separates the views from the front flat. the room facing the small pool has a lot of daylight, which on summer days makes it light early in the morning because the windows need to be repaired. as in the same room we had a lot of ants coming from the terrace, and in the living room too, you have to be careful with food left by accident.

  : Located in old part of town, convenient to access all the sights. Good security (alarm systems) and restaurants are abundant around the location.
  : Not a fault of the property but large cars could not access the road - so luggages had to be lug in / out to a larger street for taxi. So be warned if you are travelling large suitcases and wobbly wheels - it's cobble stone roads.
