  : Maria and Jesus provide really good support during the whole stay. Listening to our requests and trying to assist as much as possibile.Location: The Flat is located in the centre of Sevilla, amazing area close to everything in walking distance. The ancient building really brings you back to old times, such a beautiful patio and architecture. Each room have a set of small chairs and table, to give you time to enjoy sunset and morning in the nice terrace. Extremely quiet during the day and night. Close to supermarket and main streets.Wi-Fii: Fast & working well
  : Check-In: On booking is written Check-In at 12pm, but this is not accurate. They gave us keys at that time but we had to leave the baggage in a very dirty apartment, left in that moment from previous customers. Please clarify check in is only after 15/16pm, I arrived at 12pm very tired after long trip and couldnt rest until late afternoon. Also in my opinion is not professional to show someone such a dirty and messy space. just tell people to leave baggage somewhere else while you prepare the room.Cleaning & Interior: Pics are a bit misleading or maybe they refer to more superior apartments. Our had very old style furniture, very small window, not much natural light, kitchen appliances were dirty. Overall the whole apartment even after the Check In cleaning was still dirty. Full of dust almost everywhere, under bed, wall with patches of paint, kitchen appliances and objects not washed properly. At least some times per year you should carry on a deep cleaning and maintenance of the place otherwise you cannot ask for such a high price for stay. Bathroom: Modern but built in the wrong way. The shower has been built in a way that is impossible to use it without creating a lake in the whole bathroom since there is no additional drainage. It is not possible to direct the shower head correctly and the curtain has been installed wrongly leaving you no space to stay inside (I suggest owner of the place to try to take a shower there). We had to constantly dry the floor with towels to avoid water overfilling in the bedroom, unpleasant experience. I cannot believe how this is not being fix and the apartment is still being rented.Price: I understand the high price is due to Semana Santa of Sevilla but you really cannot ask for so much when you offer this service.

  : No reception at the apartments so we had WhatsApp message conversation with Jose as we landed and made our way into Sevilla. Jose met us outside of the apartments and took us in, showed us the apartment and gave us the keys.
  : We did wizz around the small apartment with Jose (after a long day of travelling) - I think some user notes left in the apartment would have been useful. We googled how the electric hot plate worked but never got the TV going!

  : complained we were cold and needed extra blankets. Owners never bought anything until the end of the second day. the quilt was very thin and the heater in the lounge didnt work.

  : The accommodation was perfect to the centre attractions and a beautiful humble courtyard with peaceful ambience, we had the corner studio, it was small but had everything we needed for our short trip, i would suggest a larger apartment if staying longer in seville. The room we had was in the corner and near one street that had noise from little traffic passing and people chatting but if you are a very light sleeper, i recommend to take ear plugs. We had very little sleep due to how uncomfortable the bed was for us, but everyone likes a hard bed, i am like the princess with a pea, soft is what i prefer, so again nothing to bad to rate. We had someone's cooking that smelt and filled our room from the vent system, so that needs to be addressed and sometimes the toilet would have a smell but i am sure this is normal. Check-out was at 12, and we asked for another half hour, which was granted. Over all would i stay again? Yes but would research a different room as the accommodation was in a perfect location. We both liked the area and little things above didn't ruin our stay.
  : The bed was very uncomfortable, cooking smell from other apartment filled our room through the vent and the bathroom had a smell sometimes from the sewage.
