  : Would have preferred to have been emailed key box access code, prior to arriving in Seville, as flight didn't land until late, and took me 45 minutes to get hold of the host for code.

  : The host did take time out to sit with us (whilst the cleaner was cleaning the property) and give us a rundown on the area and provided us with a map. It is a superb location and the price was good for the area, just a shame that the facilities were not what we were expecting.
  : When we arrived there was nobody there despite having advised the owners of our time of arrival on numerous occasions. However, Ignacio did arrive within a few minutes. When he let us in to the property, the cleaner was still cleaning the property and we couldn't go upstairs. This was not ideal as we were tired, sweaty and hungry after a 3 hour bus journey and we couldn't wash or get ready to go out to eat. When asked why the cleaner was still there, first Ignacio said the cleaner was late, and then he said that the previous occupants refused to leave and it wasn't his fault. There was no apology forthcoming or any real explanation. We had to wait around an hour for the cleaner to leave and we could use the facilities upstairs.Also, mirrors were scarce in this property. Only in the bathroom upstairs and toilet downstairs. There was also nowhere to hang or put clothes, ie. no hooks on the doors in the bedrooms.Further, there were no bins upstairs or in the bathrooms, only one in the kitchen. So all rubbish had to be taken down to the kitchen which was inconvenient.The space in the bedrooms was very tight. Also, the only bath upstairs had mildew growing on the tiles so we didn't really have a shower unless we really needed to.

  : Overall this is a nice place in the old town. There was nothing exceptional, but the impression was surely positive.
  : Most of the doors had some issues, which resulted unwanted noises. Just a little extra maintenance is needed. There were some other minor flaws, but nothing serious, which would ruin your stay.

  : Superb location, a few minutes away by walk from the Cathedral and other central sights. At the same time, located in a quiet street away from the central hubbub. Clean, comfortable and spacious apartment for a family of 5. Very helpful host, promptly replying to our queries and to provide assistance.
  : A few items (eg bulb, switch, clothes hanger) inside the apartment needed repair or replacement.
