  : It was dirty and we have unchanged sheets but after we claim - Someone arrived and do the cleaning job.

  : It was a beautiful little apartment.
  : The place was fabulous, but the location was in the middle of the University area. We didn't get any sleep because of rowdy students yelling and partying ALL NIGHT LONG up and down the walking street!

  : I liked only the location of this apartment as it was in the historic centre os Sevillia
  : IT WAS DIRTY, especially the bathroom, shower, bathroom floor were left dirty. Corners of the rooms were full of dust. There was a dust sweeper and dustpan were left in the kitchen with full of dirt and dust. Bathroom tiles were also full of mould. I sent a message to the property owner, I received no response about it. He/she only sent a message (a template) about luggage/storage room charges which i never asked anything about this. There was no cleaning product in the apartment to clean the bathroom ourselves. We used our own shampoo and the sponge from the kitchen to clean the shower to be able to take a decent shower. I am not a clean crazy person at all, I am just a normal standart clean person. This was pure lack of care and I am very unhappy about it. there were lampshades on both sides of the beds in the bedrooms but no socket to plug the lamps: what was the point? There was an electrical socket at the end side of the bed : I tried to charge my phone, It gave me a shock and burnt my adaptor. I had to buy a new adaptor the next day. No good isolation at all. We could hear the whole street noice and neighbours all night. Wifi was very weak , it didn't work properly from the bedrooms. Only in the living room. there was a smell from the building entrance : swage smell. I do not recommend this apartment at all to anyone with a basic need of cleanness.

  : Code to enter did not work. To contact someone was impossible. Had to wait a good hour before another tennant could let us in. Very bad isolation, lots and lots and lots of passersby. Lots and lots and lots of noise. Appartement in need of a good refresh. Everything was dirty, especially the bathroom.

  : The location was great! In the heart of Seville! The beds and size of the Appartment were good and the host was kind and very responsive. It was easy to enter the app and leave the key afterwards. I would book again if I would go with friends and enjoy the night live but with a family the night sounds were a little too much.
  : We were on the ground floor and the sound of people in the night on Friday and Saturday was very loud. On the Sunday there was hardly any sound and I imagine throughout the week this is the same.

  : Apartment was broken into on occasions whilst there & 1 of our guests had stuff taken from the washing line on the roof terrace & it was only my only group who had the accomodation in the building ,someone from outside has the code to enter the outside of the building & gain access to the building as the front doiors were cliosed
