  : Nothing. My sister and I booked a room for the night of June 17, room guaranteed with credit card. Check-in was stated to be prior to 2330 hrs. We were walking the Camino de Santiago and our backpacks had been transferred forward. We arrived at the facility at 10:15 PM and called the phone numbers on the door as well as emailed the address given. The owner never answered for entry instructionsthe outer door was locked. We waited almost an hour for another guest to arrive to open the outer door. We discovered our luggage inside the outer door in the hallway. All of the rooms had been rented, i.e. our room had been given away. The owner contacted Booking.com and said that we "never showed up" (a lie) and that we had "canceled" (a lie). The next day, he charged our credit card (which is fraud). After returning from our trip, I looked at reviews and wished I had never booked a room here. Please look at reviews from November 21, 2021, December 17, 2021, September 20, 2022, May 27, 2023, June 13, 2023 and another from June 13, 2023. I have contacted Booking.com twice and to no surprise, they have been unable to contact the owner (is this the way he operates?). They have also stated there is nothing they do can help me; therefore it is my opinion the customer service of Booking.com is worthless. Particularly if you are walking the Camino to Santiago, please do not stay here.
  : Fraud, no response to phone calls or emails. Sitting in a stairwell outside a locked door at 11pm with our backpacks on the other side of the door. No help from Booking.com at the time or even now. Being told later that I "didn't show up" and that I had "canceled the room", then being charged the next day on my credit card (double dipping-please see previous reviews on this owner).

  : We very much liked the little room. Fabulous view from up there. We did not meet any staff, but while I did not get a reply when I reported a broken shower head, it was fixed and the room was cleaned when we came back in the evening. Good service!
  : Problem was that it was a very noisy area..people socializing all night. Got very little sleep. Bed was hard.
