  : A lot of shops in the mall thats its located in, even a laundromat.Just a bit away from all the crowds and that is ok with me.

  : Very poor hotel but they did book my airport taxi successfully.
  : Poor security- above a shopping mall - everyone has access to hotel rooms. There is nothing to stop people wandering right to your door. I did not feel safe or comfortable staying here.Breakfast was very limited. Not worth the money.There were no facilities or additional services eg. Spa, pool, gym, wellbeing No one on Receptio desk when I first attempted to check in. I walked away and came back an hour later.Location was far from the old town, the Cathedral, and the city centre. Probably 30 - 40 minute walk.Plastic feeling bedding and pillows were loud and uncomfortable. The room was very dark with poor lighting.

  : Location. 20 minute walk to the centre.Reception was not part of the hotel . No lift to first floor at the weekend.Had to walk through the dining room with suitcases to leave and enter hotel. Not hygienic.No sound proofing. Could hear people talk in the next room

  : Friendly staff and affordable pricing. The hotel is inside a mall, so there is a supermarket, multiple stores, and cafes nearby. Blackout curtains and a spacious bathroom. It's also very quiet.
  : It takes some time to get to and from the hotel, especially on foot, and it may be confusing for someone who's not familiar with the area.

  : It was a very dirty and out of date hotel. We felt really bad. This is the first time when I do a bad review to a hotel where we staied, but this place was really unpleasant.We paid for 3 nights and we left the hotel after the first one, tryng to save our holiday. We didn't like anything in this place!
