  : Breakfast was very poor, the first night we were warned by an irrate spanish guest about us being too noisy, at no time were we making too much noise, staff adkrd us to respect early bedders. Lication and cleanliness was fine

  : Location good for going into Santiago. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Dinner in the restaurant was good. Parking was available.
  : The breakfast was poor. Exactly the same every day, croissant, very hard toast, ham and cheese, juice, coffee. It could be improved with a choice of cereals, eggs, fresh fruit, pastries, breads. Getting from the parking to the hotel was difficult, especially with luggage. The paths were very uneven and just broken pieces of slabs/stones with gaps between them and there were large steps too. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Also a chair and small table were needed. There was nowhere to put anything down. It was very noisy, due to being a very old building, which we were aware of from other reviews, but you could hear your neighbours in their bathroom!

  : It's very easy to get to and conveniently close to Santiago. Room very comfortable. Breakfast frankly not very good at all but the restaurant serves very good food, we had dinner there and it was great, really good.. Staff very friendly. Excellent value.
  : The breakfast isn't up to standard. The bread is very good, but butter, jam and biscuits should not be wrapped up in individual portions covered in plastic. The coffee is bad.

  : rude, noisy upstairs neighbors (banging on their floor repeatedly & talking loudly late into the night.

  : Very cool old room, wood and stone. Shower was nice and nice outside garden. Breakfast was good and the lovely staff booked us a taxi for the next morning so we could get into town
  : The people above were talking very loud until 3am so didn't get any sleep, there is no sound proofing in the room at all. Also no duvet on bed so got pretty cold
