  : In the reservation it was written that the payment for the apartment will be made upon arrival at the location. However, two days earlier they started sending messages that my card was not valid and that they would cancel the reservation. We walked from Porto to Santiago and the whole time I used that card to pay for accommodation and now at the end of the trip they report that the card is invalid even though they shouldn't have charged in advance. It was not pleasant to hear that they would cancel the reservation after you had walked over 300 kilometers.

  : Basic room with basic amenities. Walking distance to McDonalds
  : The MOST DANGEROUS part was one of the bed was not fixed properly, it toppled over when sat on. There were 4 of us. when we arrived only one of us could shower as there wasnt enough hot water to cater for 4 person. As a result 3 of us did not wash up properly. The laundry room key was nowhere to be found in the room and we had to run over to the next building to pick it up. After we complained, we were moved to the next room, BUT still no hot water until the next morning. We decided to check out after staying 2 nights. Please refund us the unused night as we paid 3 nights, this is only fair for the dangerous situation you put us in.

  : It was close to the Cathedral and modern shopping mall. Was in a quiet neighborhood, had access to groceries .
  : No cleaning supplies, no wine glasses.

  : Separate bedroom, comfortable double bed with white cotton bed linen. Kitchen area with fridge, microwave & hob
  : Location - too far from the cathedral to walk more than once a day & expensive for taxis. No kettle in kitchen area, very limited utensils. Shower is over the bath, not good for those with mobility issues - no grab handles. External area is a bit unkempt, weeds on tiled areas.

  : Great space in apartment. All facilities worked well. As described on Booking.com. Free car parking is on road directly in front of apartment. Very safe and dedicated bay parking, so cars are effectively off the road.
  : This could be such a lovely apartment by adding a table to eat at, nice pictures on the wall, a couple of small lights as alternative to the very bright ceiling lights in the main living area, and even some cushions on the settee/ another comfy chair. Would benefit from a kettle.
