  : Amazing location with stunning view. It was clean and well equipped, even its not new property. There was several electric heaters, which was very helpful as we stayed during rainy period. Near by good small restaurant.
  : Unfortunately I didnt like small thinks, like not fully closing window doors (you need to close the external shades while leaving), and outdated garden furniture. Its quite dated property in general. With a bit of refreshment would be really great.

  : The position was right on the sea with 180 degree views. Exactly what I had hoped for. Fantastic!
  : Unfortunately a lot. It was run down, the bath/shower drain was blocked, the bed linen was ripped, my pillow stank of urine, the plug of the coffee maker had been cut off, there were no instructions for the property, no way of locating the WiFi code, no hairdryer, filthy scatter cushions, sofas in disrepair, inadequate glassware, dirty cooker, dirty freezer, frozen up fridge which defrosted and leaked everywhere, no binliners/washing tabs or dishwasher tabs... All reported to Yourhouse the following day, some sorted (drain unblocked, new coffee machine, new scatter cushions). The rest we lived with as we didnt want to ruin an important holiday for us. On return I wrote a long email to Yourhouse listing the problems. Ive just received an offer of a 10% discount which I feel is an insult. Booking accommodation that is managed by an agency should give some guarantee of quality particularly when paying top money for a property. Unfortunately, this is not the case with Yourhouse. It could be really good and an agency should help the owner to get the property to the right standard. They didnt and it wasnt. NB photo captions only ones available and dont match the photos.
