  : Hotel room didn't live up to expectations very average, barely equipped, lacked many basic amenities. The bathroom didnt match the hotels price or rating. Location 4/10 far away from the beach (1 km) and the town centre. A good place for a short stay, but not for a whole trip.

  : Mostly, we really enjoy our stay here. The apartment is for two persons pretty spacious and there was almost everything we need (we only miss the hair dryer). The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Even though it is a smaller hotel, it was nice that there was always someone at the reception, even at night. The accommodation also has very pleasant surroundings, with plenty of free parking spaces and good access to the center. We went almost everywhere within the city on foot. Nice surrprise was also the breakfast. Everyday was something new there and even the basic offer was quite generous. We were so satisfied here that we extended our stay here for another 5 nights.
  : Unfortunately, we didn't sleep well the last 3 nights. The building has no sound insulation (old doors, thin walls or hard materials only make it worse), and if noisy, unempathetic people stay near you, you have simply a bad luck. Everything is very audible within the building. But previous 7 nights we slept well, so it really depends on who is staying nearby.

  : The hotel is very clean. Breakfast was good.
  : The hotel is located on the hill so it may be tiresome to get to the centre and back by foot. There is a lot of noise coming from the street.

  : Very friendly service at reception and breakfasts. Very good breakfasts, there was something new every day. Fresh cold meats and cheeses, large selection of fruit, breads and cereals for breakfast. The least tasty was the scrambled eggs and omelette (very runny and stiff), but very good hot vegetables. Salad, fresh cucumber could be every day. A good selection of teas and juices. Unfortunately very poor quality coffee from the coffee machine. Parking on the street, but there was no problem with parking during the whole stay.
  : The flat was very dark (courtyard side) and we were basically woken up every day around 7-8 by the watering of the plants in the courtyard. Couch in the living room in bad condition, creaky and uncomfortable. There is a rubber mat on the beds under the sheets, which is uncomfortable and makes you sweat (I understand hygienic reasons, but such a creaky underlay affects comfort). The internet worked, but every now and then (about 10 minutes) it forced you to log in again.

  : We really liked the location, it was quiet, and the apartment was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was very tasty, and with enough variety for everyone.
  : The mattresses were not the most comfortable and we had to reconect to wifi a few times everyday.

  : No aircom, only a ventilator so it was really hot and humed in the apartment. Beds were quite soft and the WiFi didn't work in the bedroom.

  : Initially we get a room at first floor with no view. After we talked with front desk we manage to get another room, with greater view...both, The ocean and Teide. Hotel has a nice gym and also a small pool, great for our little child. Room is well organized with a small kitchen. We spend 8 magnificent nights at this hotel and n beautifull Tenerife. Thanks!

  : We live on the island and this is our 2nd stay here. It's absolutely perfect for a short stay. It has a lovely little pool, comfortable rooms that are spacious and clean. The staff are excellent too.
  : In room 106 near the pool we were awoken really early by every having breakfast and the bed was a little hard. But everything else is fantastic!

  : The place was clean, with comfortable beds, and ample parking on the street. It was easy to get to and the staff were all very helpful and kind; assisting us with places to go and ideas about exploring the island. The pool was a wonderful end to our busy days exploring Tenerife. The continental breakfast was superb and varied each day! A great restaurant catering to many locals directly across the street was convenient.
  : The Wifi was frustrating however I understand there was some issues related to it that was out of their control and they certainly assisted us to ensure we were able to obtain access to it.
