  : This pensin is excellent value for money in a town where accommodation is generally very steeply priced. It is located about a 15 minute walk from the old town, though the immediate vicinity of the pensin is itself worth seeing and offers many shopping and dining options.My room was a small double room (first room on the right after entering the premises). It is very compact, but for a short stay it served as a perfectly adequate domicile. The bed was comfortable and the complimentary wifi was fast and reliable. The free tea and coffee in the reception was greatly appreciated - no milk, though. It may be an idea to have UHT milk available.The lady owner (forgive me; I forget her name) was very friendly and was keen to share her knowledge of the local area, giving tips on what to see and where to eat. Our paths crossed on a daily basis; it was always lovely to have a brief chat about my previous day and what I had planned for the day ahead. Coming from London, she is fluent in both English and Spanish.I would gladly stay here again on a future visit to San Sebastin.
  : The bathroom is particularly small in the room I had - a bit of a tight squeeze to sit on the toilet. There was also no rail for the bath towel, which would be a helpful addition to the room.
