: Very clean and sleek place. It's located in the basement of a new modern building, so the rooms don't get a lot of natural light. The location is great, a 5-minute walk to the beach (La Concha) and to the Amara Euskotren station. Dlices Maiatza is a great breakfast/bruch spot close-by, but there are also a lot of nice cafs at the nearby Easo square.
