: The access was too complicated having to use an App and no signal in the building. Also, the car park instructions were unclear trying to find the lift on the first day. When we were leaving there were two gates in the car park and the fob only opened one. We had to wait for a resident to come and open the second one.

: Next to a playground which was noisy despite double glazing. Multiple calls from the company during our holiday to remind us of check out rules (despite being sent multiple emails about this already prior to trip).

: we could not get into the property as we had trouble with the door code app - luckily the cleaners were there and let us in. Communication had been fast and excellent all along though so we were not worried at all.
