WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for € 3.60 per person per night when using an available cot.
People no matter the age stay for € 11.50 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Opening times in summer 01.04.-31.10:
Monday to Friday 10.00-13.00 and 17.00-19.00 h
Saturday 10.00-19.00 h

Winter opening times 01.11.-31.03:
Monday to Friday 10.00-13.00 h
Or by confirmed arrangement if different time is necessary

- Animals 40 € per animal and week (only possible if animals are allowed in the villa)
- Highchair 25 € per week
- Electric fans 10 € per piece and week

Please note that parties are not allowed at the property.
