  : Housekeeper, they are really nice but they can not do much as they are not the owners.
  : We booked the one bedroom apartment for a week and:1. The photos do not match the reality. The owner has three apartments (a studio, a one-bedroom apartment, and a three-bedroom apartment). The photos they show do not tell you which one you are going to book, so if you take the one room apartment, the apartment is very different from the photos shown on the website.2. If you see the attached photo, it says that the most popular services is Wi-Fi. Well, when you got there they told us that it was an extra ( 10 euros ) but also that we should have notified in advance. So the option they offered us was to go to a store and buy our own internet.3. In booking photo 26 you can see a door that is the one that separates the one room apartment with the study. It is super noisy and you can hear the people in the adjoining apartment perfectly, even the smells. And they can hear you as well!4. It says that they have a pool and as seen in one of the images, they say that the pool is always open. Upon arrival we were told that the pool was closed due to COVID and reading other comments, the pool is not in the same building. 5. It was not clean (photos are attached)6. The area is not very good, avoid it!7. Owner is really disrespectful (see answer he gave to one customer)8. No balcony/terrace9. The smell of the toilet was terrible and we had to call one guys to fix it.That same day when we arrived, we told them that we did not like the apartment and we spoke with booking to tell them that the apartment/services were not as described.Booking tried to contact the owner for two days and he refused to let us leave earlier.They gave us the owner's phone number and after answering the first call and hanging up (I understand that he saved our number), he never answered us again.As a summary, we lost the money for the week (because we left the apartment the following morning - less than 24 hrs in the apartment) and had to find another place.

  : We have booked the appartment as our flight was delayed to next day. Payment was charged immediately. Check-in time till 10 pm. Although at 8 pm when we called a contact person he asked to wait for 1 hour. Then another hour, etc. Finally, with 3 kids we only got the keys at 1 am next day. Called through booking and directly 20 times and no expedite from property site. This kind of offers should not be available for the same day booking. I am stll waiting for compensation

  : We made a reservation for 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms and we got 2 rooms, one living with sofa and 2 bathrooms. In second day the property owner provide us another apartment considered acceptable by our group (but still not 3 bathrooms as was booked). Proposed new apartment was situated in a better location and we appreciate that. Communication with the owner was fine.

  : Wonderful inside. Great to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Suitable kitchen. Lovely furnishings, beds and decor
  : Difficult to find. Got lost but host with keys did work with us to find it. Took a while to sort a late check in due to flight time and incurred a cost.Photos of balconies and the pool were misleading on booking.com. We thought from them we had a balcony and the pool was within view of the apartment. Needs to be clearer.

  : Room was nice and clean everthing was brand new, and if you dont mind the noise at night it is a good location
  : We were asked at what time we should arrive and we told between 18:00 and 19:00H. We were there a bit earlier and we could not find the appartment, so me wife could the number we received and the girl told me wife see will be there in 10 minutes. After walking around for like 30 minutes we found the appartement. And saw the cleaning lady leaving. After like 2 hours me wife called again but no answer. So than I called and it was around 19:30 and I the girl told me see will be there in 10 minutes so when see arrived it was already 19:45. When we were in the appartment I asked for the internet there was no internet so she was going to get the routor from the car, I walked with her and after receiving it go back to the appartment the intenet was not working because the router was broken. I asked for a new one and the answer was I can give you it on Sunday we arrived on Friday and on Monday we were flying back home. So I told her we really need it sooner. So the next day we were out and we came home at night and we had internet. The orther thing is like when you travel with kids and there is a bar under were you are sleeping it is not so nice. You have a lot of noise comming from outside. Also the appartement is on the corner next to the stairs so all drunk people who come home around 03:00 they come in singing shouting talking loud next to your bed because the location of the bed is next to the door. So if you like to party and dont care this is perfect, but for us it was not good at all.

  : The pictures are what the appartment look like
  : The electricity went off and on the whole time we where there and every time we spoke to the managers they told us they would do something about it and didn’t. The apartment was over a busy karaoke bar, which when questioned about they told us they told us about this which they had not. When asked if they could move us the answer we kept getting was we can check you out and then refund you meaning we would be stranded on the streets, be careful spending your money on this place. Also the pool was a good 10 min walk for the apartment

  : The location was very different to what was alluded to in the description. The apartment was above a bar which we had to walk through to get to our room. The music was very loud on two of the three nights. Not suitable for children to get to sleep before 12 at night. The pool was in an entirely different complex across a road.
