  : I regret choosing this hotel which I now believe should be a 3-star, not a 5-star as advertised. I write this review to save people like me from making the same expensive mistake. I have had time to write this whilst I queued to be allocated a table for breakfast. They have forgotten me again and I have spent way too much time this last few days with my hand in the air trying to attract the attention of the unprofessional staff.Drinks and snacks by the pool 300 eurosDinner for 2 has been 300 euros/nightOne shrugs off these prices in a proper hotel but with the poor service here it builds resentment. They have no idea how to treat guests. You are lucky to be here, pay up.There are a load of service charges added to the bills and one could have stayed in a really lovely hotel for these prices.I am not a complainer and I do not like people being rude to hotel staff but I have never had such a poor experience coupled with such high prices.Still no table for breakfast, going to miss our appointments this morning, my girlfriend is even getting annoyed.The coffee is filtered and they cannot make a decent one.Finally I woke up to my card being blocked due to fraudulent charges. I check and see the hotel attempted to make 6 transactions in the middle of the night for various amounts ranging from 1250 to 800. Some charges at 5:30 am. The bank blocked them and now I need a new card. I am not accustomed to hotels helping themselves to random amounts from my account in the middle of the night.Check in When we sit down after arrival, they try to Upsell me Infront of my partner. Taking out an Ipad and showing them our room and then the room we could have if I pay another 1000. I already committed a top price for my suite and this is just down right rude. I had to turn them down in front of her and that is a trick designed to make me feel cheep !Turn down service,Called at 2pm, as the room hadn't been made up, politely asking for service.

  : Hotel was quite far away from the West side of the island that has some of the most beautiful beaches, about a 50-60min drive depending on traffic. There are a number of small beaches close by though can get crowded quickly.
  : The quality of the food was fine though nothing special, the restaurants could step it up a notch

  : We loved the staff, service was on point , its super clean , food is amazing and the location is beautiful . One of our favourite places to stay .
