  : Food was very disappointing. Especially the Spanish restaurant had to send food back as frozen in the middle. Should of been a lot better considering its Spain!

  : To be fair we didnt like much. Apart from the childrens pool and slides this hotel didnt have much to offer.
  : When we arrived around 8pm the reception was very unhelpful and seemed like they didnt want to be there. Our room was on the second floor when we have two young children and even though we asked for it not to be before arriving. We were unable to book into any Resturant or the kids nursery or crche for our two week stay because it was always fully booked or the system was down. Coming with kids this was unacceptable. Especially the fact we booked this hotel for those reasons. The customer service were terrible. The staff was not helpful and rude at times. I definitely will never be coming again. We was 3 families and all had the same experience such a shame because we havent traveled in such a long time and this is not the kind of treatment and experience we wanted.

  : Nice beach and hotel layout with big garden surrounding the rooms. Decent spa but with super cold water in all pool what made it impossible to use.
  : If you are expecting a 5 star hotel, unfortunately you are mistaken. Apart from the nice layout of the property and a garden nothing is 5 star. I wouldn't even rate this hotel as 4 star. Basic old room with no toiletries. Variety of food but average. Very cold pool - water wasn't heated.

  : Nice environment, very clean and excellent staff.
  : For me, the complex was a bit bigger than I would usually book therefore it was quite a long way from our room to most of the restaurants and entertainment. The walk back from the bottom of the resort to our room was also uphill, which was fine but became a little tiresome with the pushchair. Our swim up pool wasnt heated which was disappointing.
