  : The villa is in lovely conditionRooms are spacious and most have ac.Host is quite nice apart from the fact that will look for any excuse to not refund full deposit.
  : Extortionate deposit. Host took 160 euro off our 1000 euro deposit for cleaning of bedsheets after our stay due to small make up stains (see pictures that host sent us justifying the ridiculous charge). He would have had to wash bedsheets anyway.Host also tried to take money off our deposit for a supposedly broken table tennis table despite none of us using it. The road leading up to the villa is not very good so ideally need a bigger car to navigate (we had fiat 500 and really struggled)No AC in communal space, so hard to get together as a group unless congregate in someone's room.Fridge doesn't work properlyLights in pool don't work making unusable at night timeNo hot water in one of the roomsKitchen will need to be stocked with basic items such as sugar
