  : Smell of smoke and sweat was so intense I had to take an antihistamine. Guests were quiet but you can hear absolutely everything.

  : The staff was incredible! Super friendly and helpful! The receptionist in the end recommended the bus 822 (I think it was - please confirm with them) that goes from the area where the hotel is (San Fernando de Henares) directly to the airport. The schedule is weird like only once an hour or so but it only costs 2 so for travellers on a budget it is important to know.
  : I thought I booked something close to the airport but the hostel is really far. Had to take an Uber (18) from the airport there. The metro would have taken more than an hour. The cleanliness was not ideal, there was some hair in the shower and on one of the beds (they upgraded me to a triple room when I arrived cause the hotel was fully booked.) The neighbours (from nearby room) were sometimes loud so I slept with earplugs.

  : One block away from San Fernando metro station (station is outside main metro network so a special and more expensive ticket is needed which is a pain to purchase as system is a bit complex). The reception staff was very friendly and warm.
  : Smoked in room. Could barely sleep. Also people smoking all around the hallway of the premises. Check in is on a different building. The location isnt great.

  : The apartment location was not in the right address what they mentioned. When we reached the location, we had to go to another location. The staff was very, very rude and unhelpful, probably he's an Indian guy.

  : You get what you pay for, it's basically comfortable enough for a 1-night stay I would say. Close to the San Fernando metro station plus there are plenty of restaurants and bars around. Cabify to the airport (T4) was around 17Euros.
  : Rooms smelled like cigarette smoke and there were random bits of hair all over the bathroom towels. No hooks to hang towels/clothes in the bathroom.
