  : The location was good because it is very close to the beach. The receptionist was very kind, we spoke a lot on the phone because after 5 pm she leaves. We did the late check in with a code they sent us on the phone and it was very easy and effective.
  : The first room we stayed in was full of cockroaches in the kitchen. It was disgusting. We told the receptionist and she told us it was the first time it ever happened to them and that she would change us the room for another one. When we got to the other room the toilet wasnt been cleaned and there was poo stuck. I think this is unacceptable and that mistakes can be made but this was unprofessional. The morning after we had to leave and the elevator was broken so we had to go down three levels down by the stairs with our luggage. The receptionist gave us chocolate to mend the situationI really hope they fix this problems because if it wasnt for that we would have enjoyed the stay there.
