  : Location is great. Nice and modern building. Two bathrooms, one upstairs and one down.
  : Quite a busy part of Las Palmas (which is good in many ways) the blinds helped enormously. Close them at night. All good.

  : Location with sea view and close of transports and all amenities.The house has everything we can need while on holidays.
  : Cleaning and rusty furniture mainly in the toilets which should be thrown away.One blanket was full of black hair and not clean.

  : The location is very good. Next to the beach and city centre
  : The apartment is announced as having a seating area and 2 separate bedrooms (see apartment description in booking) but when we came to the apartment we realized that one of the bedrooms doesnt exist and that the seating area has got a sofa bed for sleeping there. Moreover, although the apartment is advertised as being for 4 persons, the sofa bed is so uncorfortable that no adult can sleep properly there. Maybe a kid but not an adult. The price per night is just too high for a 1 bedroom apartment with a sofa bed. Accessories in the bedrooms are all of plastic, very bad quality and are falling from the walls. The toilet downstairs has got all the cleaning utensils inside, which make it look more like a storage room than a toilet in a 150/night apartment. The stair railing was loose when we arrived and due to a metal piece not correctly fixed, my daughter got a wound in her arm. The owner even tried to say that we have broken the stair railing. I requested a reduction of the price due to all this, specially due to the apartment not having the bedrooms as announced. Somehow a company not located in Las Palmas, but Barcelona, has to reply. Still after 16 days no reply and doesnt seem to want to reply. But the worst of the worst is that still after 16 days of leaving the apartment in the same condition as we found it, we still have not received the deposit of 200 we had to pay when we enter the apartment. When I call them they say I have to wait but this doesnt sound serious to me after 16 days. Ive been coming to Las Palmas every Christmas holidays for the last 20 years and renting an apartment in this area. This has been by far the most expensive one and the worst one. Price is for tourists that dont know the city and treatment is completely disrespectful.
