  : Good Afternoon!They gave us the room at the bungalows, which was very nice, we had everything so close to us like the restaurant, lobby, pool and beach that was perfect!We were in love with the relaxing vibe that its present in this hotel, at night the entertainment is very relaxing and fun but it could be better, at 10.30pm the music stopped and there was nothing more.However, the hotel was pretty full, we never had to wait for food, which was amazing at all of the time.Staff, you can notice that they are very tired, theyre not so much and they have a lot of work to do, never had some problem with the staff they always try to help, you can find 1 or 2 not so good but thats not problem, they are tired because of the quantity of work that they have, the high temperatures, in some areas there was no air conditioning, which isn't very good for working all day.In our room, we had a lot of bugs in the walls, on the table, on the bathroom.In terms of the kitchen/food, its very varied, there was always something for every taste.Also a very good point is that we always had sun lounger, in this hotel it wasnt a problem at all.In the end of your stay in the hotel, they give you a paper basically forcing you that if you put 5stars on everything you can continue your last day in the hotel with all inclusive and in the end we spoke with a lot of people that whore doing the check out with us and nobody got it!!Overall, its nice, not luxurious but the vibes are very nice.

  : It was my first "all inclusive" trip ever and i really liked it. This hotel is like a small oasis along the coast. It is only 20mn from the airport (take bus 66 for only 2,75 euros and stop at Clinica Rosa bus stop, only 5mn from the hotel). You can go to Maspalomas city by bus as well in 15mn. The rooms are confortable, the food is diversified (my favorite was the breakfast, they have chocolate churros, pancakes, diet croissant, fresh fruits, brunches ) and very good. The staff is smily and adorable. The ambiance is so cool and you just need 2mn to access to the beach. They provide beach towels. You can just chill at the swimming pool with chill DJ music, live bands,...and enjoy the snak and bar. There is a supermarket with everything inside the hotel. It was a good surprise to be there and I really relaxed there. I am curious to experience others Lopesan hotels.
  : I told the hotel they should just provide a fresh bottle of water in the room upon arrival. Also you should bring your body shower gel. They have shampoo, hand soap, hand cream.

  : Low floor room. Uncomfortable bed. No space between sunbeds, which were packed in. Not enough soap in the room. Expensive stay compared to other hotels.

  : The food at breakfast and dinner was marvelous: lots of choices, each dinner with a different theme (Italian, Canarian, Asian etc.). Just keep in mind that the drinks at dinner are not included, if you have a halfboard. It would have been nice, if they provided at least free water. The room was quite spacious, with a large wardrobe, and a big TV opposite the bed (mostly Spanish and German channels), the shower was modern (no outdated curtains), the sink was deep enough to not splash all over. A good blackout curtain (thogh the slit left between the curtain and the wall was still letting some light in).
  : - Part of the hotel is being renovated, so there is a construction site right on the premises, with lots of noise during weekdays (we could hardly hear the TV even with windows closed).- The AC in the room is extremely weak, especially considering the climate on Gran Canaria (37C in October). We had the AC set to maximum and continuously on (even when we were out of the room), and it was barely able to make the room liveable (though I still woke up at night because I was too hot even sleeping with no cover).- The bed was really uncomfortable. The big mattress we had at first was wobbling too much, when the other person moves, and we ended up constantly waking each other up (and, though wobbly, it was by some miracle also very hard). After 2 nights we asked for 2 separate matresses (which we got after 3 interactions with the hotel staff who barely spoke English). The wobbling stopped, but the matresses were still too hard (one of them might as well have been a wooden table).- The hotel is 90% German tourists who constantly smoke, and the premises were at times full of smoke.- Most of the staff spoke English very poorly and were not exactly friendly.- The pool sunbeds were pretty crowded and the German tourists were claiming some of them every morning before breakfast.- The hotel charges for pool towel change (1), and for the safe in the room. 2 loungers with an umbrella on the (public) beach cost 9 (forget about enjoying the view of the sea from your lounger though, as most people just put their towels on the sand, sometimes right in front of the first row of the loungers).Not a minus per se, but bear in mind, that the tap water is not drinkable on Gran Canaria (though you can buy a 2 l bottle at Spar for 0,65).
