  : Excellent modern apartment. Close to the beach but better to walk a little to the right. It is a bit far to the centre of the old town, but we rented a car, so no problems. The hotel provided parking free of charge.
  : A bit spoils the experience with the view of under construction vacant lots and ruined houses nearby, but we were looking at the ocean.

  : Location on busy road but once windows were shut it was silent and well soundproofed.

  : Yes location was excellent as it was very close to Las Canteras beach and promenade.
  : The balcony was a tad noisy with traffic yet the apartment was well sound proofed from the noise. Sea view wasnt so good .

  : Clean, spacious and well equipped, both kitchenware and with a washing machine. Near Canteras. Nice apartment!
  : When we tried to get help with an important matter on the day of departure and no one was on site at the hotel we called the number that was assigned. The person who answered gave a vague indistinct answer and then hung up. This was repeated time after time, we called and he hung up. Lousy!

  : The place feels brand new and has been completed to high standards. The bed was excellent; the kitchen, well-equipped. In general, it was a very comfortable stay
  : The lifts were very temperamental. They didn't want to go to our floor most of the time, and taking the stairs wasn't an option, because our magnetic key card didn't work on the staircase door. Although the place is generally very comfortable, it feels like it's rather unfinished. No place to hang shower towels other than knob-type hooks, where the towels slipped right off. Coat hooks in the hallway would have been nice too. Location-wise, it is a trek from the end of Las Canteras where most of the restaurants are, so we ended up taking the bus.
