Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 15 per person per stay when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for € 15 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival. Please note that the credit card holder must be present upon arrival.

Please note that the use of some spa facilities is only available for guests of 14 years of age or older.

Please note that late check-in between 20:00 and 22:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 50. Please note, check-in after 22:00 is not possible.

Please note that the spa will be closed on 24, 25, 26, 31 December, 01 January and from the 18th to 23rd of February.

The Spa area, gym, indoor pool, etc., will reopen to guests from 11-19-2021, it is open from Monday to Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. These hours may vary due to new restrictions, capacity limitations, etc. so we ask guests to contact us if they need information before making the reservation.

The use of a swimming cap and slippers is still mandatory.
