Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

A damage deposit of EUR 210 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
If guests cannot check in at the Vilaseca office (Rambla Catalunya 24), check-in at the apartment may be possible. Please contact the property in advance to arrange this.

Please note, check-in after 21:00 in July and August costs EUR 90 and takes place at the apartment directly. Please note, check-in after 21:00 the rest of the year costs EUR 50 and takes place at the apartment directly.

If you check-out outside the established times, the deposit will be returned by bank transfer. A cot is available at a EUR 50 per stay.

A high chair is available for an extra charge of EUR 35 per stay.

Please note, a 4G router is available at a cost of EUR 10 per day. This service is only available when booked for the whole stay.

The property must be left clean and in the conditions it was found upon arrival. A cleaning service can be provided for a supplement.
