  : The photos of the accomodation were slightly exaggerated as we found it to be quite tired looking and very dark. The facilities especially in the kitchen weren't great with the microwave and table on it being badly marked. There were a lot of scuff marks. on the walls which could have done with a fresh coat of paint before the holiday season. The main bone of contention was that it was so oppressive with no AC. We found 2 small fans which were absolutely useless.On enquiring for larger fans was told they had none and was told to leave the windows open at night which was completely silly with the noise of the traffic and insects. None of the bedrooms had mosquito netting at the windows.All in all little sleep was had the whole week. In fact upstairs was like being in a sauna. Other family members stayed in another apartment through Booking .com which was beautiful and cheaper than what we paid. I know we were across the road from the sea but we couldn't see it downstairs or upstairs due to the overgrown trees . I tried to contact the office on our arrival as was estimated between 1 and 2 o clock.We arrived after 1 and had to wait over 40 mins before we could get in. I would have thought you would ha e checked the arrival time .We had to wait in very hot weather . The young lady that came was very nice but spoke no English despite the fact English is listed on your website as one of the languages spoken. I have also been charged twice on July51342.93 & July26 1095.57 with a non sterling transaction fee of32.31 Could you please look into this as a matter of urgency
