  : Location was first class. Apartment was good size and air conditioning was great. Roof pools were great.
  : The main bedroom bed king size frame queen size mattress, very hazardous to bang your shin or stub your toes health hazord. No tea towels or cleaning cloths. Only 1 pot no milk jug, nosugar bowl, no toaster very poorly equipped kitchen. No instructions for cooker, microwave, washing machine, dryer, or tv. No tooth brush holders in bathrooms. Only 1 light in mirror on suits.

  : The view is great over looking the beach. it is within walking distance to a supermarket and chemist and the beach obviously. The decor is modern. There is an en-suite and second bathroom. Good equipment: There was a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher, gusto coffee machine, microwave and oven. comfortable bed. clean linen.
  : Guests would appreciate some instructions like: how to turn on off the A/C. What to do if your checking out early. instructions on opening and locking doors. eg we only realised our key opened the gate at the front ( beach side) and the back after a few days. I know that seems obvious but you could easily lock yourself out of the apartment with the keys inside and another review indicated the door needed to be double locked to ensure the apartment wasnt broken into. A safe would be helpful - somewhere to store jewellery/ money/ passports. Parking on the street was free at the back of the apartment- 16 euro a night is expensive. We had no hot water the first few days/ after I reported it someone did come out and fix it but a day later we had no water or electric. after calling to the hotel the receptionist said a notice had been left in the apartment about it the night before and presented a copy ( in Spanish) I advised I had not seen any such notice and my Spanish was non existent unfortunately. eventually she apologised but follow that with its not our fault. The day after that we had no hot water and then I noticed a drip from the tank where the washing machine is. we did not use the pools up stairs. this area would be more appealing if the water was clean and the broken sun loungers were removed. the key to this area requires you to turn fully then force the door - I thought I had the wrong key. It was strange the instructions we were given regarding cleaning. basically if you dont leave the apartment clean your not getting your deposit back - so strip your bed put it in a bag make sure the bag is tied. empty the bins empty the fridge. its all a bit passive aggressive at the start of a holiday.

  : DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT!! It is not safe and has a history of theft without break ins! The building appears like fort knox (3 locked doors). It is marketed a family only apartment, 4 star. Despite this there is a history of theft from apartments without break in. Our apartment was fully locked while we were at the pool and we had a substantial sum of cash stolen by somebody who was able to access the apartment while the doors and windows were locked and our key was in our possession. Manager of HOTEL REGENTE ARAGON who manages the property told us this had never happened before, but we have now found this to be untrue. Read the reviews on booking.com site Aug 22, July 21, similar Robberies and theft mentioned on those dates! We were only issued 1 set of Keys at check in. Evidence on booking.com review shows other guests given 2 sets in the past. There is NO security, keybox or safe in the apartment, please see reviews June 2023 July 22 and many other reviews highlighting these complaints. There has been no action from the Hotel since the initial reviews in 2021 to rectify these complaints. In all cases including ours the manager passing the blame to the clients for not double locking the door and leaving it susceptible to professional thiefs (hotel managers words to us!). In our case there was no guidance from the owners to double lock the apartment and it didnt seem necessary anyway in a building that appeared like fort knox and was marketed as family only. Fully paid in advance, we remained the final 3 nights of our holiday with 2 children knowing somebody had entered the apartment and that professional thiefs (the owner/managers words) were operating in the building. This building is not safe and not suitable for families or children as people in the building are entering the apartments. The owners/manager fobbed us off and led us on for 3 days until we checked out and then emailed to tell us that we were at fault.

  : Great location, away from shops cafes or clubs. Very quiet and peaceful.
  : Very bad underground parking, very small spaces, access is really problematic, high risk of damage to the car. The bed in the room is very weak and not robust.
