A damage deposit of EUR 70 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Please note that construction work is taking place and some rooms may be affected by noise.

Check in from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. is through the face-to-face reception at Avenida 9 de Octubre 53.
Check in after 11:00 p.m. it is done through self-check-in at Calle Escalante 16
