Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

No parking available.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for € 4 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Avinguda de Rhode 163, Roses. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them from the property for an extra EUR 5 per person, per stay for towels and EUR 5 per person, per stay for bed linen. Please inform InmoSantos in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that there is extra charge for late check-in starting from 19:00 of EUR 50. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport.
