  : We stayed 8 nights this summer. The swimming pool is super big and even though it's a very big hotel, there is plenty of space for everyone. They also have 2 small swimming pools for children. There are a lot of sunbeds as well and people don't rush them in the morning to book them, so there is no rush to have breakfast. They also have activities both for adults and children which are quite nice and entertaining. Both during the day and at night. The restaurant is quite good, we had the dinner included and they had a lot of variety every day and a lot of different dishes to choose from. You can always find something you would like. Same with the breakfast, there are plenty of options. The drinks were all included (even alcohol) which was a very nice surprise! The staff is friendly and super helpful.
  : There are a lot of families in this hotel so it can be very noisy and children are running through the swimming pool and restaurants. Moreover, there were a couple of people smoking weed in the swimming pool and also in the balconies. Our bedroom smelled of weed even inside! That was quite annoying, I don't know why they allow people to smoke weed in a hotel. Lastly, the beds are very uncomfortable, super hard.

  : Since changing company the neptuno is not the same the food was poor selection we had infestation of ant's and when i complained thay gave me a tin of ant killer and l know the hotel wasn't full thay we're in the bed and we got bits thay didn't seem bothered we have been going there for the last 15 years and sadly won't be going back

  : The hotel was very clean. We stayed in an apartment, with halfboard. The food was excellent, plenty of choice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location, 5 minute walk to the beach.
