  : The apartment is full of mold and dirt. It is a hazard with yout health to stay there. In the kitchen everything is sticky. Wifi wasnt working for several hours after our arrival and the only answer I got was that it should work. Around the hairdryer there where hair from previous visitors. Noone should stay in this apartment!!

  : The big plus point was being able to park directly oustside the apartment. The apartment is in a great location - easy to walk to the sights.
  : To help find the apartment it would have been great to have been given the name which is on the outside of the apartments! The apartment is in desperate need of a refurbishment - it was clean but the sofa has seen better days with many marks on it and scruffy - the handle on the bathroom door is coming off and the shower wouldn't stay in place (the adjustment mechanism no longer works) the kitchen is not very well equipped and there wasn't even a tea towel or hand towel in the kitchen (no dishwasher so needed to be able to dry things but nothing provided - not even kitchen roll to use!).

  : Car parking is right in front of the apartment, which is very convenient if travelling by car.
  : We stayed in apartment #2, and perhaps other apartments are in better shape than this one, but apartment #2 really should be shut down to visitors until it is completely cleaned, fumigated and repaired, it is deplorable at the moment. When we arrived, the toilet seat was completely broken. The host must have known this, as the cleaner would have told them, but still they did not have it repaired before we got there, nor did they tell us about it and apologise for the inconvenience. The washing machine that they say is there is in actual fact a shared washing machine, in another building, in another street!!! Neither of the 2 air-conditioners worked. The so called cutlery provided is a mish-mash of old, odd pieces, odd numbers, and about the cheapest quality you could possibly get. The bedspread is stained, are is the couch seat cushions. The bathroom is quite frankly a health concern. There is mould on the wall tiles, mould on the ceilings, mould right thoughout the shower, the shower curtain had tears in it and it was also mouldy. Surely that amount of mould cannot meet health standards. The kitchen tile grout is all cracked and there was a stream of ants coming into the kitchen through the gaps. There were silverfish in the cupboards. I have no idea how this apartment is rated as even a 3-star place. And I cannot believe that the Review comments apply to it. As I said, perhaps the other apartments in this building are better, and the comments are reflective of them, but Number 2 should be shut down and not re-let again until some serious cleaning and repairs are carried out. I cannot recommend this particular apartment to anyone in its current condition.
