A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that when booking a rate where payment is due before arrival, the property will provide detailed payment instructions, for example a link to a secured payment platform.

Please note there is a surcharge for late arrivals: arrivals after 10 pm are only possible if advance notice is given and are subject to a "late arrival" fee (€50), which will be charged as an extra.
