  : 1- it was in a too noisy place because near that there is a bar or restaurant and till 1 am people talking too load in the street and because the sound isolation of that building was not good it was same as these guys talking in the other room.2- the reception couldnt speak English and as soon as she gave the key to us she closed the door of the place that she was there and we didnt have any way of connection with any of staffs.3- they didnt give any user name and password for internet 4- in the toilet there was not a trash bin 5- also only one electrical heater working and others didnt so we put it in the room that our daughter was there and our bed room was a little bit cold.
