: The location of the property is very good, is about 50 m from the sea (20 m from the beach). Consequently, there is a wonderful view from the living room as well as from the main bedroom. The apartment itself is nice and clean. There are a number of restaurants nearby, in about 100 - 200 m, including one of very good quality. There is a bus stop at the property that can take you to the village of Pucol if you like to go there.
: The main problem of our stay was that there was no internet for about 3 days (we stayed 5 nights in total). It went off on Friday evening and they fixed it only on Monday evening. It was impossible to contact anyone over the weekend. During the time when the internet was off the electronic lock at the building door didn't work (you open and close both doors, of the building and apartment, with your smartphone). There are no shops nearby (except small bakery), so if you wish to do some small shopping you have to go to Pucol.

: Good location if you want a beach days layover. Nice view and relaxing sea sound in the apartment.
: NO AIR CONDITIONER! NO FANS OR ANYTHING THAT CAN COOL DOWN THE APARTMENT. Literally you need to wait until 3 or 4 am to get some cool breeze from the sea to get comfortable. During our stay the dishwasher was not functioning so please check with the agency if it has been fixed or replaced.

: The location was very good in terms of distance to the sea.
: No air conditioner - for this high cost and considering it was in Valencia (not in Finland), I have never had any doubt - it was there. At the 34-36C it is not possible to have proper rest without. Beds were not comfortable - just a very basic, hard mattresses. Windows haven't got a mosquitos protecting net - open window in the night means mosquitos inside, no air con... Not a good combination. No exhaust vent in the bathroom. Strange. There is a window, but I do not think many people want to sit on the WC with the fully open window behind from the back. In a year 2022....
