  : Being so close to the beach and stores and restaurants
  : The beds are hard and uncomfortable. The pool was in shade most of the day and the water was freezing

  : Great location but Villa needed improvement particularly the living room but certainly the pool area which was way below the standard you would expect for the price paid very little room around the pool with six sun beds and no parasols . When we asked for some Agni travel advised there was a tree .Sadly it was a pine tree that shed pine needles all over the pool area and into the pool .The pool flooring was rough concrete and old slabbing and totally unsuitable . The garden although quite large needed a lot of attention the bathrooms were very good and the bedrooms and kitchen were reasonable we found Agni travel staff to be unhelpful and slightly condescending
