: place was perfect clean and great location
: only problem was only one mirror in the whole house so kind of hard when getting ready to go out at night with 4 girls. Chairs on balcony so low I couldn't get up if I sat on them. But overall we will be back fantastic service and host. 5 stars

: The apartment was in easy access of road links and great allocation to restaurants and shops.
: A few of the items in the apartment need replacing snd door wouldnt lock, could have been recognised before we arrived, but were sorted when we raised issues.

: Very modern & well decorated apartment.
: No kettle or iron, but these were provided the next day when we asked. No instructions for hob, TV or WIFI. No sunbeds for terrace. Only 1 mirror in apartment which is in the bathroom. Didnt see the BBQ. No microwave. No washing machine although space for one in kitchen.Travelled with my sister(both in 50's) Prior to arrival I sent host Ana a whatsapp requesting a late checkout as we did not fly home until 19.50 on sunday 22nd. You can see the screenshots attached of the conversation where I clearly say Sunday 2 times & checkout then further conversations. Then it appears they got a new reservation and we no longer were allowed a late checkout. We were only informed of this when my sister had a knock at the door at 11.30am by the cleaner. (I had gone shopping). We were informed no late checkout arranged and we must get our things together & leave ASAP and the cleaner entered the apartment and started to clean while my sister quickly put all our stuff into 1 bedroom to await my return. I messaged Ana the host and as you can see this is where she says there were other guests arriving at 3pm so we had to leave. I spoke with Michael her partner and asked we at least be allowed 1 hour to shower and get our things together properly. This was refused. Ana the host insists she misunderstood my message and thought I was talking about late checkin. I clearly said checkout & sunday twice. This 100% ruined our short 4 day holiday. If we had known no late checkout we would have made plans to be up & showered and out by 11. To have the cleaner(male) arrive and in cleaning apartment while my sister is alone & upset while she gets all our things together was just disgusting. Ana later also mentioned if she needed to she would contact the police! Seriously!! We had already left by that point however to even mention police is shocking! This made us so upset to be treated like this and ruined our short stay.

: Clean and nice place. Has all basic needed amenities, so big plus for that. Nice view from the hills.
: Some smallish things were broken here and there (remote controllers battery holder, one leg of the couch tables etc.) Nothing major, but smallish things.
